Pioneer Market graciously includes us in their 1% charitable giving program. One percent of the receipt’s total goes to CASA of Mariposa County. Save your receipts and drop them off at our office or send them to us by mail. Every receipt makes a difference!
CASA of Mariposa County hosts the can’t-miss event of the year! The Summer Fun Street Fair is CASA’s annual outreach and fundraising festival. CASA partners with local vendors, merchants, sponsors, and bands to bring the best of Mariposa to 7th Street & downtown. The street fair is the second Saturday of August on 7th Street, between Main Street and Bullion Street, from 4- 9 PM. Don’t miss this incredible showcase of wonderful Mariposa!
CASA of Mariposa County’s Advisory Council is a team of people who are a part of the Mariposa Community, passionate about making a difference for our youth. The Advisory Council is responsible for the planning, preparing, and coordinating CASA’s outreach and fundraising event, the Summer Fun Street Fair. This is an excellent way to help CASA’s programs while getting a tax deduction. You can donate directly to CASA of Mariposa County or to CASA’s Little Wishes Fund. No donation is too small or too large. All donations go through our parent organization the Alliance for Community Transformations. You can donate online or send a check in the mail to CASA of Mariposa County at P.O. Box 73 Mariposa, CA 95338 and we’ll process it for you.
If you have a car, truck, SUV, motor home, motorcycle, snowmobile, jet ski, or boat that you would like to donate rather than sell or trade-in, then we have the answer for you! You can donate your vehicle to CASA of Mariposa County hassle-free and receive a tax deduction.
CASA of Mariposa County has an agreement with the Center for Car Donations.The Center is a reputable and reliable organization that assists charities with fundraising efforts and here is how it works:
1. You call the Center for Car Donations at (877) 411-3662.
2. Let them know that you want the proceeds from your vehicle to go to CASA of Mariposa County, California.
3. The Center for Car Donations will pick up your vehicle (same day pick-up available in some areas) and handle all paperwork at absolutely no cost to you.
4. Your vehicle will be sold and CASA will receive 75% of the sale price after towing, auction, DMV, and transportation fees are deducted.
5. The Center for Car Donations will send you a receipt for your charitable donation and any forms required by the IRS.
Sponsorships make an incredible impact on the children we serve. Sponsorships helps to insure that funds are available to train and support our advocates so that each and every child in Mariposa County who needs an advocate has one.
